Each battery pack will be 100% fully tested and before shipping out.
Incomming Material QC | Step 1
Material Sopt Inspection: Battery cells,BMS,Nickel sheet,cell frame,Battery Case.etc.
Cell Sorting | Step 2
Each battery cell will do voltage & Resistane sorting to make sure the battery cell voltage and inner resistance are in high consistency.
Cell Composing | Step 3
Composing the cells together in cell frame, Cell frame is good for heat dissipation and better structure strength.
Cell Welding | Step 4
Manual Welding Machine: Welding the cells into various serial and parallel and form a battery pack manully, this way for sample & small quantity order.
Automatic Welding Machine: Welding the cells into various serial and parallel and form a battery pack automaticlly, this way for high quantity order.
Wiring & Soldering | Step 5
Wiring and slodering the BMS to the battery pack.BMS tester tests BMS performance
Insulation | Step 6
Use insolative Paper/PVC/Epoxy plate to wrap the battery pack for electricity insulation purpose
Aging QC Test | Step 7
Each battery will do aging test; Aging test means to do full charge/discharge cycle to see the battery pack performance and keep all performance data for tracking.
